Managed by Maite López Santxotena, representative of the fourth generation of a whole saga of cooks, the Santxotena restaurant serves traditional dishes made with local and seasonal products. Rather than the large dining room, prefer its cosy little comedor, where you can see the cooks at work. A la carte, soups, fish (koxkera hake, monkfish or squid cooked in squid ink) and good meat stews (the veal cutlet and game in season deserve to be carefully considered).
