The traditional Russian cuisine served at the Stariy Gorod (which means old town) is quite good, including interesting Cossack specialties based on... meat of course. All served in a rather intense setting, it is after all a museum city: at the Cossack table as if you were there! Count at least 500 RUB per person with the drinks. The hotel has 6 rooms, between 1 500 and 3 000 RUB depending on the standard chosen.
