Some people consider Ynyshir Hall to be one of the most idyllic places in Wales and it is easy to understand why. The restaurant is up to the quality of the hotel! Former country house of Queen Victoria, in the heart of the beautiful Cambrian Mountains, this 2-star gourmet restaurant is a gourmet paradise. The tasting menu is simply magnificent: the curtain opens with tastes, textures, explosions in the mouth and remarkable combinations. Be careful, however, no vegetarian option.

Ambiance relaxante chez Ynyshir Hall. Ma femme et moi, on y a passé un superbe moment. Bonne adresse à Machynllteh.
