These two superb lakes surrounded by mountains are today a meeting place for trout fishermen. It is also a great place for a quiet stroll or a picnic. The views from this site, located at an altitude of 250 metres, are spectacular. This place of particular beauty is now managed by the National Trust. It is a British association which aims at the defence and development of heritage. Today it owns 250,000 hectares of land, 1,200 km of sides and 300 historical monuments.
