Established in 1895, this sake brewery is a good address for a shopping detour, or even to learn more about the manufacture and production of this Nipponese spirit. The company's current fourth-generation president continues to respect the house's tradition of using spring water from the foot of the Saikyoji temple and locally grown rice. You can taste sake on site, and stop by the store for a souvenir.
