It can be reached on foot or by cable car (¥1100 one way, ¥2000 return). The ascent on foot of this 530 meters high mountain is really recommended (count between 1 to 3 hours, three different routes). While walking along the small steep paths, you will discover a multitude of hidden treasures, such as Buddhist statuettes in caves or small temples. When we arrive at our destination, a beautiful panoramic view is offered to our amazed eyes. An observatory of three floors allows to dominate the interior sea and the forest.

L'ascension du mont Misen offre un très beau point d élue sur la mer intérieure du Japon. Il est préférable de monter via le téléphérique puis de prendre son temps en descendant par le biais des sentiers. La descente est jalonnée de petits lieux d'intérêt.
