HACHINOHE SAKE BREWERY
Founded in 1775, the Hachinohe Shuzō brewery embodies the art of sake in all its tradition. Housed in wooden and brick buildings from the Taishō period, listed as a cultural heritage site, the brewery produces refined vintages using rice and yeast from Aomori, and pure water from Kanisawa. The eighth generation is at the helm, perpetuating a philosophy focused on well-being and the environment, for a tasty and respectful local sake. Guided tours and tastings allow you to discover the company's emblematic vintages.
