Situated at the foot of Mount Iwaki, this park is home to some 2,300 apple trees and almost 80 varieties over an area of almost 10 hectares. From early August to mid-November, visitors can pick their own fruit in the orchards and enjoy the scenery. The Apple House offers over 1,200 apple-related products. You can also enjoy an apple curry, local cider or a tangy sundae. The site includes a picnic area, a reconstructed traditional farm and, at weekends, Tsugaru folk tales are narrated in the local dialect.
