Hamamoto Café is one of the oldest and most popular cafes in Himeji City. In a retro atmosphere, you can sit at small wooden tables, or at the green marble counter, to admire the talent of the baristas. This is one of the few places in Japan where siphon coffee makers are used, making coffee preparation a real chemical job. To accompany your coffee, you can order an almond toast, one of Himeji's specialties. The atmosphere allows a pleasant trip back in time.
