QUEEN COPPER MINE

It is equipped with a yellow raincoat, a helmet and a lamp that we go into this copper mine opened in 1877. The visit begins with a small train, then on foot in one of the galleries, 450 m underground. The tours are commented by retired miners sharing their experience and anecdotes. All in all, it's an unusual experience, both educational and instructive about an important part of the history of Bisbee and the American Southwest more broadly.
