DESERT BOTANICAL GARDEN

With 58 hectares and more than 50,000 plants, the Desert Botanical Garden is one of the city's must-sees. It is made up of several walking paths of varying lengths, on which you can wander between plants typical of the American West and endangered specimens from other desert areas, such as Mesopotamia. The sites offer a glimpse of the biodiversity of the Sonoran Desert, of which Phoenix is only the starting point, as it extends into Mexico. It is best to visit during the cooler hours of the day.
