After starting to work in restaurants in Italy as a teenager, Eduardo Daja moved to Bologna to join a family-owned establishment. He eventually moved to Utah in the mid-2010s where he eventually opened a restaurant with chef Marco Cuttaia, drawing on his experience in Palermo. The result is a delicious traditional and inventive Italian cuisine that is a reference in Salt Lake City. Among the pasta dishes, special mention goes to the casarecce with bacon, pistachio and burrata. Big favorite!
