Museum at Hoover Dam offering guided tours of the dam and power plant for a fee
It's more of a museum than a visitor center. You'll find all the information you need on the history of the dam. The permanent exhibition on the dam is very well done, with many photos showing all the construction phases. Numerous original items (tools, materials, machinery) help visitors understand how the dam was built. Guided tours of the dam and power station are available at an additional charge.
