Place for a walk that begins at the border wall, also known for hosting outdoor festivals

If there is one place to visit in Tijuana, it is this one. The walk is unique in that it begins at the border wall, a rusty iron curtain that plunges into the sea. Many messages are addressed to the deceased migrants who tried to cross it. Chilling. From there, a pedestrian promenade overlooks the beach, bristling with cafes and restaurants. The area is also known for hosting open-air festivals.
