As the name suggests, this garden celebrates San Diego's twinning with Yokohama. It aims to introduce visitors to Japanese culture, not only through a walk through bonsai trees and a koi pond, but also through activities. For example, visitors can participate in horticulture workshops, listen to music in the open-air amphitheater and enjoy tea in the Tea Pavilion.
