As is often the case in Solvang, you can find Danish cuisine here. But here, the specialty is theaebleskiver, a kind of pancake in the shape of a tennis ball that you can enjoy covered with jam. You can order it through the small window to take it away or you can taste it on the spot and there is even everything you need to make it at home. Best ice cream you can have! The Dutch black licorice was spectacular and truly memorable. Ingredients imported from Denmark and served by the people who actually made it.
