Santa Monica Pier is home to an aquarium, stores, restaurants, pubs, and the Pacific Park amusement park.

Since its construction in 1909, the Santa Monica Pier has undergone numerous modifications and renovations. Today, it is still a place of entertainment and outing for a large crowd. There's an aquarium - Heal the Bay Aquarium - stores, restaurants, pubs and the Pacific Park amusement park, recognizable from afar by its Ferris wheel and roller coaster. The highlight: the magnificent carousel dating from 1922. All in all, it's more touristy than authentic, and far from a must-see.

Fin de la mythique route 66. Ne pas manquer de faire une photo à côté du panneau. Parc Attraction tant souvent filmé, au bord de l'océan pacifique ! Agréable.
