Awesome hotel and right on property universal studios

We stayed at the Hilton at Universal Studios Hollywood in March 2024. We had a wonderful experience. When we arrived, my husband asked to use a luggage cart to collect our bags from the car. Leonel said he would help and proceeded to come down to the car with my husband to help unload our car. My husband and Leonel had friendly conversation on the trip up to our room. One of our luggage items fell off the cart and was quickly recovered by another bellman with a separate luggage cart. Both Leonel and the other bellman brought our luggage up to our room. When we offered to tip Leonel for his efforts, he said it wasn’t necessary as this was a full service hotel. Side note, my family and I stayed at the Disneyland hotel in February 2024 and DID not have a positive experience in regards to the room OR the bell service. This was completely different. We were so impressed with Leonel and the very kind service he offered. We thanked him repeatedly. Leonel asked if he could leave a card under our door so we would have his information for this review, which we were happy to have. The hotel was clean and the room was very spacious. We had an awesome view of Universal Studios from our room. The hotel offered a shuttle to the park but it was just a few minutes (uphill) from the hotel. Leonel’s service stands out tremendously and we really appreciated his kindness and willing to help!
