In 2001, the hotel was recognized as a historic monument. It was built in 1927 and served as a residence for American families on holiday in Santa Monica. A crazy charm: The hotel was very clean, the rooms were very clean and the room was very clean. Warm and friendly welcome. Free parking. Close to the beaches of California and the shops of Santa Monica. A stroke of heart!
