The burger breads come from a Portuguese bakery and the fillings are varied, with parmesan cheese, roasted onion or shiitake mushrooms. The Umami burger is probably the most successful on the menu.
Pink's Hot Dogs

Today, it's made it its signature: in addition to displaying numerous photos of celebrities posing with hot dogs in hand, the establishment has named some of its recipes after them. One example is Betty White's Naked Dog: "just the beef in the bun, absolutely no toppings". The line is often long, the place touristy; but the hot dogs are memorable.
