There is no sign outside, but if you open your nostrils, you just have to follow the perfume of the Vietnamese pancakes, which emerges from this small restaurant. The design is modern and the atmosphere is quiet.

The food and hospitality is sucks . They even don’t deserve a star.

Love the food! Broth is flavorful and ingredients are fresh. FYI, they started dine-in again! Not sure if that's permanent but I hope it is. Cash only

My favorite Pho spot in LA. They just reopened indoor dining as well ❣️

The food is still good and some of the best pho in the city. However, it’s takeout only with no indoor or outdoor seating. I would come up from Culver City more often to eat this but there’s no where to actually eat it if you don’t live nearby. Not even a simple outdoor table and seats. And I don’t want to have it sit for 30min while I drive it back home.

I’m sure if you live in the area you can have it delivered but then it’s not fresh either way. Wish they’d open the place back up like before or at least add a simple chair/table set up out front so those of us who don’t live close by can still enjoy it.

The food is okay, the service nearly acceptable, and the ambiance is a table blocking the door so orders can be picked up after your pockets are picked. Pho Cafe is no longer a real restaurant. They resemble a ghost kitchen more than anything else. Their business model is behind a digital firewall and the service is a single individual that keeps track of the orders getting packed by a small kitchen staff. The parking lot is filled with unlicensed delivery drivers on most given evenings blocking each other ready to pounce. The deciding factor here is the huge lack in value Pho Cafe delivers on. For $19 they will pack up a moderately size order that you can assemble yourself into a bowl of Pho, less the bowl part. Two ounces at best would be some thinly sliced beef with hint of freezer burn. A few pieces of tendon and some straggling remnant of tripe topped by two processed meatballs. A small bag with a small amount of bean sprouts, with a slice of jalapeno, and spotted basil will come with your overpriced bowl of soup noodles. On the positive side, their broth is not bad. Your only save here, are other alternatives locally and your drive time spent going to SGV for far better choices.
