This Taiwanese restaurant is a real hit in the trendy Silver Lake district. Simple, flavorful specialties include dàndàn miàn, noodles cooked with peanut and sesame sauce, chili oil, cucumber and coriander. Also on the menu: "small plates" ranging from tasty beef rolls to Taiwanese sausage and pancakes made with cebette - a green onion. If the decor of blond wood and concrete walls is nothing exceptional, the cuisine is well worth the detour.

Every time I come here with someone, they always leave satisfied saying that it’s one of the best meals they’ve ever had. The ordering and seating remind me of kind of eating style that you see in Asia overall fantastic.

Price effective menu with generous portion sizes, with quick, punctual service. You could be in and out in 30 minutes but you’ll want to stay for longer. Beautiful restaurant for any casual meal and meet up. Get there early because it fills up and they deserve the traffic.

I got twice cooked pork belly and beef noodle soup for takeout and both were incredible flavorless.. I don't know I just picked a wrong day or wrong menu but was very disappointed :(

I live next to the SGV and this place is probably the closest someone in Silver Lake will get to the real thing. The flavors taste a tiny bit watered down for the local audience but not a huge amount. Good if you're trapped and can't get to the SGV.

10 out of 10! LOVE the beef noodle soup and beef roll! The teas are really good as well!????
