Good Bagles, Good service, nice atmosphere.
We enjoyed the bagels we purchased from Einstein Bros.. The coffee was also tasty. The restaurant was clean and presentable. The specialty Bagel sandwiches were a bit too pricy for us.

CRAPPY ORANGE JUICE ! uses the cheap oj concentrate from minute made ! I noticed this fake watered down oj as soon as i sipped on it ! $5 for this cheap water oj junk...
The Bagels are good ... maybe they are not fresh since they do not know how to serve oj ... i will eventually find out if the bagels are not fresh !!

My favorite bagel in LA! There are some branches in this area, make sure you buy smoked salmon and capers

Beware, check your order is complete before you leave the shop.I put in an order online, when I got home I realized one item , a cinnamon roll was missing. I phone the shop, they told me they had put it in when I assured they hadn’t , the attendant told me to wait and after a while they hung up.Terrible customer service and deceitful as I paid for an item I did not receive. First and last time I use them

Can you imagine what it’s like to not know what a scrambled egg is and then lie to me cuz u don’t know the difference lol, and to be so stingy with cream cheese that you act like it comes out of your paycheck these people don’t imagine, they know. I tried to buy extra cream cheese and then the lady ignored it and when I asked she tells me I should have asked for extra extra cream cheese lol I don’t even need to post a pic y’all know how people are and I’m not the only one on here obviously with this complaint. This kind of service makes it not worth going to anymore so congrats

the brisket breakfast sandwich is the best, and so is the turkey sausage breakfast sandwich. that is all i ever get. my work buddies each get other type of sandwiches like the American etc and they all loved their choices..

There was nobody to greet customers at the counter. There was a long line of people waiting and only two servers available, they did not even acknowledge that there were customers waiting, at the pay register, the server kind of tossed the straw and my bag of cookie on the counter instead of placing in there or handing them to me.

The store was clean, spacious, and welcoming. We ordered and dined in we got our food in less than 5 minutes. The clerks were also nice and patient while I ordered my half dozen. Overall great place to eat a bagel/breakfast.

Sometimes simplicity is where you get the best results. I have never been disappointed by any of our personal visits to any Einstein Bros. Bagel around the country (other than when that one had permanently closed).
We stopped here as we always do when we travel and Einstein’s is an option. Our sandwiches were quickly made, correctly made and the patio dining was perfect on this particular day.
The coffee area could have used a quick cleanup and utensils could be readily available without having to ask.
Also … if you have a no pet policy, ENFORCE IT! People taking their pets everywhere they go really irritates me. ESPECIALLY when you bring them inside and hold them in your arms at the counter in a food establishment! So inconsiderate.

Lady named Julie is the worse. She is rude and abrasive to everyone. Would not allow me to use the bathroom. Inappropriate behavior. Zero people skills and unprofessional. How is she even working in a service jop?

There coffee is horrible, (the coffee beans are burnt and the final coffee always taste bitter) but the bagels, bagel sandwiches, and fresh orange juice are always good!

So, fine, but I give five stars for the best bagel places in New York City. It's a high bar to aspire to.
