Well the food was rather good & so was the service but the cup of hot chocolate I ordered "twice" was nowhere near hot. It came warm "twice" & it happen to be the more expensive of the two that they offered. It looked really nice w whip cream & a Caramel drizzle on top. Even w all the glitter & glamour it presented with out the hotness of hot chocolate.... It's not worth it, especially on a cold nite. I should have just went to Dennys
We ordered a pick up recently with this restaurant. Firstly, pick up time was not accurate and they made us wait for at least 15 mins after we were there to do the pickup. I thought of just going inside the restaurant to pick up however the entrance to the restaurant and pickup was so weird and one has to go around the building to get inside the restaurant. Its not convenient at all.
On top of that, the toast was completely burnt and avocado was almost gone near the edges as you can see from the picture. I had to throw most of the food away. We did not have time to get back to the restaurant. I have had breakfast at IHOP so many times and was never this disappointed.
My family and I visited this IHOP location in the morning on March 22, 2024 around 10am local time. Overall food quality was good (comparable to other IHOPs) and our server was very polite; however, the manager, Leslie, was beyond rude and incompetent. From the moment we walked into the restaurant and through much of our visit, Leslie was on her cell phone texting. Meanwhile, we observed an adult man passed out on a table and an adult female, who had walked into on-coming traffic when we pulled into the restaurant, panhandling customers in the lobby. She was later seated and given a kids menu.
Just before we went to this IHOP, my nephew wanted Chick-fil-A but us adults wanted IHOP. So, we went through the Chick-fil-A drive thru (about one block away) and got his breakfast. He got three small boxes of hashbrowns, which he hadn't fully finished before getting to IHOP. Toward the end of our meal, we placed the empty hashbrown boxes on the table to be cleared. Leslie stopped at our table and in a pompous attitude told us to clear the hashbrown boxes because they weren't from IHOP. She argued with us for a few seconds about how we should have thrown the hashbrown boxes away while at Chick-fi-A. Mind you, between two adults we spent $60 at Leslie's IHOP. After this very awkward and annoying exchange, our server walked up to our table and apologized for the situation.
I'd recommend going to a different IHOP in the area. Leslie was more worried about responding to text messages and hounding us about empty hashbrown boxes than creating a comfortable and safe dining atmosphere. She should be ashamed of herself.
We were there for over 20 minutes never got any drinks, not even waters. The people that came in after us got there drinks before us. The staff weren’t very friendly and the atmosphere was totally off. It felt like everyone was being taken of but us and wasn’t a very welcoming place.
Alani was an amazing server! She was attentive, sweet, helpful when we were ordering and she had us cracking up the whole time! We will definitely go back even just to see her again. Thank you Alan with an i
