Initially, it was just a counter at the foot of the ramparts where you could order a coffee to take away or enjoy directly in the alleyway (a few tables and chairs under candle lights). Since 2025, it's also a huge café accessible from the street or from the rampart walk, where you can sit in one of the pretty air-conditioned rooms or on the rooftop overlooking the oasis and the crenellated walls... The menu, much more extensive than the simple counter, offers a mile-long selection of hot and cold drinks, specialty coffees, fresh juices, pastries and more.
