DENDROPARK

This magnificent botanical garden, containing hundreds of species of softwoods and conifers, is located on the side of a mountain 10 km east of Stepanavan. It was created by the Polish silviculturist Edmond Leonovitch (1902-1986). On more than 35 hectares, some 500 species of trees, endemic and from elsewhere, such as the powerful Siberian pine, can be found here.
