This villa-style establishment boasts an elegant ochre Tuscan-style façade - which it owes to its Italian designer, who also owns Villa Delenda and the nearby Silk Road - between the Hrazdan Gorge and the Parliament, in the green, residential and leafy area of Marshall Baghramian Avenue. A residence of 8 rooms, all bearing the names of cities of historical Armenia, decorated with antique furniture, but equipped with all comforts, with satellite TV and wifi. A pretty patio with trees adds to the charm of the place.
