EX OSPEDALE DI SAN ROCCO
This small ethnographic museum occupies the space of a former hospital founded in the 17th century and the adjoining church of Cristo flagellato, desecrated in the 19th century, whose walls have retained their lively, colorful fresco decor. The museum presents a collection of objects from daily life and pastoral art, from the peasant world of Basilicata: bread stamps, carved wooden kitchen utensils, table ceramics, farming implements, ceremonial dress, jewelry... Entrance next to the church of San Giovanni Battista.
