Located in a wing of the old Ostuni castle, this osteria, opposite the cathedral, offers local cuisine but also creative and revisited dishes, presented in carefully dressed plates. Taste the typical pasta, the laganari, prepared with Murge mushrooms, the funghi cardoncelli. Good local meats and fresh seafood. A delight!
