An address not to be missed if you are passing through Savelletri. Fish and seafood are served raw. They are of course very fresh because you are here in a fishmonger's shop. "No salt or olive oil": this is the advice of the owner, Vito, to get the best possible taste of the sea. The large carpaccio allows you to taste about six different fish and seafood, depending on the day's catch. Many tartars and the possibility of choosing oysters, shrimps, etc., individually. Deliziosa pescheria/bistrot, con i grandi tavoli di legno collocati su una terrazza sul mare. Si mangia principalmente pesce crudo (inclusi molluschi e crostacei), i piatti sono molto buoni e presentati in modo molto curato. Favolose la tartare in barattolo e la minestra di orzo col pesce Ovviamente tutto freschissimo. Buona scelta di vini. Non è economicissimo ma, considerate la qualità del cibo e la location, i prezzi sono corretti.

Sat down for lunch on our walk around town. So cute! Fish caught daily, vibe-y patio, and a lovely local wine selection! We have a very kind server who spoke English for us, ordered the white fish tartare, and bottle of masseria li veli fiano.

come letto anche in altre recensioni tocca fare un appunto sul SALE: salato qui infatti non è solo il conto (!) ma tutto ciò che viene servito, incluso il pane, disponibile solo bruschettato e condito. perplessità.

Che dire? Pesce crudo di ECCEZIONALE QUALITÀ, personale professionale ???? prezzi giusti. Nessun altro posto AL MONDO per le cruditè, altro che la Costa Azzurra :-)))) Cibo di casa nostra ???? KAIMANO!!!

Semplicemente bravi!! La qualità della materia prima è pazzesca, raramente ho trovato un livello di pesce crudo così alto. In sala molto bravi e preparati e la location semplicemente fantastica!!
