Remarkable restaurant located in the elegant Tenuta Monacelle and its famous trulli. The chef Pierluca Ardito has created a refined cuisine of local and seasonal produce, made with products "à kilometer zero". Dishes of the Apulian tradition, impeccably executed and beautifully presented, with a balance of finesse and without superfluous frills. The bread to accompany the meal and the desserts are homemade. The ideal place for a romantic tête-à-tête and to cut yourself off from the modern world. Excellent service.

La colazione è stata una delle migliori mai fatte in hotel per la qualità dei prodotti, soprattutto i cornetti semplici caldi erano assolutamente perfetti.
Ampio parcheggio per i clienti.
L'unico neo è la posizione che per qualsiasi cosa necessita dello spostamento in auto ma dipende sempre da che obiettivi si hanno. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e pronto ad aiutarci. I prezzi, almeno fuori stagione (primi di dicembre) erano giusti (un centinaio di euro per una stanza con colazione inclusa).
