Crudi eccezionali, tagliatelle buonissime, così come i tartufi e le cozze patelle. Unico e di grande gusto anche il cocktail di gamberi servito con spaghetti di soia fritti. Primi prelibati: abbiamo particolarmente gradito gli spaghettoni con la bottarga. In chiusura, prima dei dessert, una coppia di pesci sfilettati presentati in maniera divina. Ottimi anche nel gusto.
