On 13 February 1503, a dispute took place between Italian and French soldiers, the famous "Barletta's challenge". Sono stata a pranzo con il mio compagno in questo locale elegante e molto curato nei dettagli.. Ho dimenticato di immortalare tutte le prelibatezze gustate.. Ma vi assicuro, è stato tutto ottimo.. Indimenticabile il risotto al nero di seppia con baccalà e pomodorini confint..

Lunga attesa e piatti mediocri.
Zuppa di pesce scadente con poca varietà di pesce, due primi privi di gusto perché salati.
Non torneremo mai più!

Solita ottima esperienza, quando la freschezza dei prodotti si abbina al servizio, alla preparazione e al “calore” vuol dire che ci sono gli ingredienti per stare bene in un posto. Veleno vuol dire certezze.
