Everyone in Bitonto will confirm it: the best focaccia in the city is being prepared here at the Carlucci brothers'! This large flatbread with light crumb, fragrant oil and tomatoes that give the crust a subtle shade of red, is a delight at lunchtime, in the pure local tradition. The focaccia is baked in the old wood-fired oven still in use. In the summer, the heat is overwhelming but the experience is worth it!
