The office is located on the ground floor of a large white house on the road to Black Lake (between the bridge and the National Park parking lot). There is also an information point at the entrance to Black Lake. The office sells a very detailed map of the park which will be very useful if you want to hike there. The staff speaks several languages and will be able to direct you, but also to inform you on the possible activities around the lake.

We went to the 2nd office is on the edge of the Black Lake: you will not find much and the menu hiking they sell is not very detailed (1:50 000). I had a better detailed map downloaded on the Internet.
