This drive promises wild, isolated mountain scenery. The country's second-largest lake is man-made, created by the construction of the Mratinje dam, which flooded the Piva river canyon and formed a freshwater reservoir. After 10 km and superb panoramic views, you reach the border post of Šćepan Polje. This is where the Piva and Tara rivers join the Drina. This is the starting point for rafting trips organized by the agencies.

This lake beautiful green offers magnificent landscapes by road. It is a shame there is not, my knowledge, hiking trail.
