Nice and high quality hotel, service. Casino is our favorite. It's annoying that they bring the cigarettes individually. We lost a lot of money on those machines, if you don't mind giving us the cigarettes in packs.

Very expensive hotel for the season and the rainy season that characterizes Budva surrounded by mountains. The only thing 5 stars was only the winter pool. The distance from the hotel for a tour in the center of the old city is quite long on foot, you need a taxi.

Close to city center, 25 - 30 min walking, 10 - 15 min driving. Wonderful view. Very kind staff. Price is good. Thanks all for their service

Clean nice rooms outside the old town you have to take a taxi to go there. Very nice and rich buffet for breakfast and lunch.

I loved the hotel! Very well taken care of, clean. First we got room in the old part but asked for different one and we were provided with the one in already renovated area - so the new room was perfect for us - modern with nice bathroom.
Cleaning is every day - so daily you are provided with fresh towels, shampoos and gels. Same time huge thanks to cleaning ladies for doing their job perfectly (btw we didn't use safe so staff is trustworthy as well).
Staff in the hotel - super friendly and nice. Helpful as well! Easily you can communicate in English or German.
The only thing I could tiny bit complain are breakfasts which don't really change. Apart of that really good standard of the hotel.
Location is great as well - just few steps away from the beach, longer walk away from Budva.

They had removed the beach chair on the beach in front of their hotel which was a disappointing thing. As that was one of the main reasons I had booked the hotel for. Rooms were decent, not very appealing for the kind of price I paid. The indoor swimming pool was an added benefit as it was cold outside in October. The morning buffet had a wide spread, and was vegetarian friendly as well. All in all a good stay!

房间很有年代感，酒店很大，我们进来的时候酒店有一股奇怪的味道。需要通风散味。房间有小阳台这一点是非常好的，房间的两个床床靠的很近，几乎是贴在一起。一切都是感觉20年前的装饰和家具。
但是停车场够大。然后附近有小商店可以买东西。靠近海边。早餐很丰盛，品类也很多。
工作人员英语很好也很热心。很快能办理入住。

Excelent hotel. Mon séjour a été très très bien passé. Personnel aux petits soins. Commun dans ce genre d’hôtel avec cette âge, on sent que les chambres pourraient être rafraîchies, mais rien de grave.

Estuve 7 días en este hotel, y puedo decir que como todos tiene cosas positivas y muy pocas negativas.
La ubicación 5⭐️, frente del mar, un poco alejado de la ciudad de Budva pero no tanto... puedes llegar caminando.
El Servicio 5⭐️ tanto el restaurant, donde la comida bufet es riquísima y super variada, como el sauna, piscina climatizada que es in sueño. Las pocinas externas son increibles, el servicio de playa muy bueno...El gym no es para nada bueno, pequeno y casi sin equipos. El resto es muy muy bueno.
La habitación 4⭐️ para ser un hotel 5 estrellas la habitación la encontré como un hotel de 4 estrellas. Cuando llegamos quisimos tomar una ducha y las cañerías estaban tapadas y todo el agua salía para afuera, tomó como una hora hasta que vinieran a arreglar, pero en toda mi estadía no funciono bien.
La cama supergrande y muy cómoda.
En general es un hotel de primera, pero creo que necesita una remodelacion en las habitaciones, para ser un 5 estrellas.

Krajem avgusta smo doputovali porodično sa detetom od 6 godina i bebom od 7 meseci. Ako izuzmemo neprijatnost zbog komunikacije oko transfera firme koja radi kod njih (dakle nije hotelski transfer) sve drugo je bila čista desetka. Soba divna,prostrana,čista,svaki dan se raspremala,menjali peškiri i sve što nam je trebalo. Hrana izvrsna,veliki izbor raznovrsne hrane za decu i odrasle. Kao svaka majka na odmor sam ponela blender zbog uvođenja nemlečne ishrane bebi ali su na recepciji rekli da sve dogovorimo sa šefom kuhinje i da će nam sve oni spremati. Tako je i bilo. Dogovorili smo šta sme beba da jede i uvek u dogovoreno vreme smo imali tople obroke za bebu. Jedino što su mnogo spremali za bebu pa je bilo i za starije dete :) Beskrajno hvala kuhinji i plavoj gospođi koja je uvek bila tu za nas (zaboravila sam ime izvinjavam se). Plaža,bar na plaži,peškiri,ležaljke sve sjajno. Uvek smo sve imali. Animacija svako veče. Šetalište pored hotela. Opšti utisak savršen. I na kraju,pošto je starije dete dobilo sunčanicu,vodili smo je kod lekara i preporučeno mirovanje,odlučili smo da se vratimo dan ranije,spakovali,došli na recepciju gde smo im objasnili da zbog zdravstvenog stanja idemo kući,a da bi radije ostali tu,nismo ni tražili,oni su sami odlučili da nam refundiraju tu jednu noć,što uopšte nije mali iznos. Hvala na tom gestu. Nismo očekivali,nismo pitali jer napuštamo mi zbog naših razloga ali su oni to uradili. Jedno veliko hvala. I bravo. Bravo za tim koji imate i sve zaposlene. Mi smo uživali i vrlo rado ćemo doći i sledeće godine. Želimo vam puno sreće u daljem radu. Puno pozdrava.

Pokoje były czyste , codzienne sprzątanie, mini barek w pokoju ;) Bar czynny do 23 z muzyką na żywo,(świetna pizza prosto z pieca w knajpce na plaży) niestety podczas naszego całego pobytu nie działało jacuzzi :(
Świetne atrakcje w promieniu ok.3 km . Skutery wodne ,Parascending, statek podwodny , łodzie do wynajecia z większą grupą ,koszt 5 euro za osobę. Mnóstwo restauracji.
Śniadania bardzo dobre ,ogromny wybór. Możemy tylko polecić ten hotel . Bylismy na urlopie w październiku. Myślę,że to najlepszy okres do urlopowania w Budvie ...

Turizmciyim. İşim gereği çok fazla otel gezdim. 12-14 rez yapmışız 13ünde geldik buna rağmen bize yardımcı oldular odalar şahane hizmet güleryüz güzel denize sıfır deniz de güzel tavsiye ederim.

Хороший, демократический отель цена-качество. Номера новые, светлые. Красивый вид из окна. Разнообразное питание, несколько видов мяса, рыбы, овощей, фруктов. Есть супы. Хороший пляж, шезлонги и полотенца новые. Хорошая не напряжная анимация. Отель находится в хорошем месте, все рядом.

Дуже гарний і великий готель (що навіть заблукати можна), з великою і красивою територією, декількома басейнами (криті і відкриті) і власним пляжем.
Стандартні номери не малі і не великі, затишні, але вікно між основною кімнатою і ванною кімнатою, яке закривається шторою, - це неоднозначне рішення))
Кухня доволі гарна, дуже великий вибір страв на сніданок і вечерю. Також є окремий ресторан на території, бари.
Також сподобалося спа, сауни чудові, особливо сауна на каменях.
З мінусів, що стикнулася сама: відсутність праски, можна тільки за плату здати речі на прасування.

Absolutely everything and everyone were fantastic! The location, the decor, the ambience, the vibes, the spa, casino, restaurants and most importantly the staff! The warmth, friendliness and willingness to help, of the staff at Reception, Concierge, Housekeeping, restaurant (Stefan, Jovana, Pandy, the chefs), the spa ( Ivan and Ivana) are the biggest bonus to Splendid. It is these lovely staff which contributed to my stay being a very pleasant, restful and enjoyable one and won me over to visit again and again as well as recommend to friends!
A special mention to Ivan from the spa, who despite being so busy, very kindly and politely offered to do a show around of the spa and the facilities, as well as patiently explain the various treatments and help choose the right ones each day. Ivana, my therapist and physio was par excellence!
Stefan, the F&b Manager, cheerfully greeted us each time we went for our meals ( breakfast or dinner) and never failed to have a lovely conversation, explaining the menu and acknowledging us, despite the restaurant being so busy due to the ongoing Chess tournament. Jovana, specially requested the chef to make me an almond milk hot chocolate as I am allergic to whole milk and what was credible, was that she remembered my preference and offered me the same for breakfast, the next day as well. Pandy was very hospitable and friendly, and went all out to help me in getting my breakfast and the hot chocolate when Jovana was away. He too would ensure that he greeted us everyday and has a lovely conversation.
All in all, a perfect 10 for this fabulous hotel and the fantastic staff!
Suggestions: The lighting in the passageway of the room needs to be brighter, to easily access one's belongings from the cupboards.
