Bahía Solano is a small corner of paradise for ecotourism. Waterfalls, walks in the rainforest, whale watching from July to October and turtle watching in September, surfing or kayaking... Nature takes over. The city itself, formerly known as Puerto Mutis, is a bit decayed. We advise you to go to El Valle, a small village in the surroundings, more rustic (no concrete), with a nice black sand beach and accommodations for all budgets.
