The Ventant Al Mundo is a steel structure covered with 3,000 m² of colored laminated glass
This imposing monument made up of two multicolored structures, evoking a window open to the world, was built in 2018 on the occasion of the Central American and Caribbean Games held in Barranquilla. This steel structure covered with 3,000 square meters of colored laminated glass is the work of architect Diana Escorcia Borelly. The "Window to the World" refers to the concept of "Golden Gate of Colombia" by which Barranquilla is known. Indeed, it was through its port that the novelties of the industrial world reached the rest of the country.
