The first hostel set up in San Gil, a youth hostel with dormitories and private rooms
This is the first hostel set up in San Gil. A large house with a garden, hot tub, hammocks and a well-equipped common kitchen. A hostel with dormitories and private rooms (private or shared bathrooms), and friendly common areas that invite to relax or to meet other travelers. Shaun, the Australian owner, and his team are friendly and have good advice on the many things to do in the area. They don't take a commission on agency tours.

Stayed in the dorm, pretty basic hostel, felt too crowded overall. The workers were very nice and they offer tours but you can find that anywhere in San Gil

Súper recomendado, un lugar tranquilo, muy bonito, excelente ambiente, todas las personas q trabajan allí son muy amables, agradezco principalmente a Diego q me oriento en varias inquietudes, volvería sin dudarlo. Hicieron de mi estadía allí muy amena. Gracias!!!!!!

Beautiful hostel in San Gil. Showers have hot water and plenty of pressure. The staff is very friendly and speak excellent English. They had great knowledge of the surrounding area and activities.

Excelente atención, la verdad me sentí muy cómodo en el hostal con las habitaciones y en la zona del jacuzzi. Las personas que trabajan haya son muy gentiles, muchas gracias por su hospitalidad y un feliz año nuevo.

The rooms are basic but have everything, very clean all around, great amenities including kitchen and beautiful chill out spot.
The biggest highlight is the staff and I have to commend how great each one was! Everyone was very helpful with information about the area and took a real interest in everyone who stayed, I think everyone remembered my name straight away and checked in which is a great feeling when you’re staying somewhere!
A great spot for travellers looking a to make the most of San Gil! I really enjoyed the paragliding offered through the hostel too, and appreciate the advice about activities and the safety around them provided too!
