Resembling a fairytale castle in the Art Nouveau style, it was built in 1903 by architect Usko Nyström. Formerly known as Cumulus, after the fire that destroyed it, it was faithfully restored in 1986. Magnificently situated on the edge of the Imatra Falls, unfortunately partially dried up since the dam was built. All rooms are individually decorated. Swimming pool and sauna. The restaurant serves traditional Finnish cuisine.
