A brand-new address in Mariehamn that has been very well received by the locals: Me Gusta Burgers. Ideally located on the town's main street, this small restaurant (with an upstairs dining room and terrace) offers fine burgers at very reasonable prices. Whether you choose the halloumi, blue cheese or crispy goat's cheese variant (yes, yes) - and don't hesitate to get some sweet potato fries with it - it's a treat! In short, with smiling service, we simply love it (and recommend it, of course).

Sushi on the Åland Islands? Yes, but not just any sushi! At Marie's, we're talking about sushi made by a couple of young local restaurateurs, who decided to appropriate Japanese culinary codes by seasoning them with Finnish touches. The result, simply delicious and quirky, is enjoyed on the plate, after preparation right before your eyes (and with obviously fresh produce). You'll also find delicious, flavorful poke bowls. A surprising address, but well worth a visit!

In a beautiful dining room with comfortable banquettes, the Kallas Stadskrog offers refined, delicate cuisine, with an emphasis on Northern European flavors and, of course, seafood. In keeping with the seasons, the chef chooses to cook Baltic salmon, fresh catches of the day and succulent mussels marinière. There are also house specialties which, in summer, revolve around shrimp! An address with attentive, smiling service that makes for a wonderful evening!

Located in an old stone house in Mariehamn, the Indigo Restaurant has been there since 2004. This restaurant is ideal for romantic dinners with a menu that favours quality products and does not forget to work on its wine list and other beverages. On the^1st floor, the cosy bar also serves a bistro menu. Roasted salmon and grilled swordfish are recommended. In the summer, you can sit on the pleasant terrace, take your time, enjoy and savour the meal. The reception and service are very friendly but it can be a bit long at times.

Dino's bar welcomes you in the center of Mariehamn, just a few steps from the seafront and Miramar Park, in a slightly secluded alleyway. In the old wooden house dating from the 1860s, you'll find a cosy restaurant and a rock bar with a cool , live rock atmosphere. In summer, you can take advantage of the popular terrace. Here you can enjoy hamburgers, fish pasta and other good-for-you recipes. The dishes are good and well-stocked. There's also a pool table and pinball machines, which appeal to children and the elderly alike!
