Having tea at Café Helmi, a wooden house built in the 18th century, is a little like walking through the gates of time. Delicious homemade pastries, tea and coffee to enjoy in the traditional way.... Tea time in the French tea room on Saturday. With such a setting, all you have to do is imagine yourself as a novel hero and you're done... Taste the runebergintorttu, a cylindrical almond cake, the poet Runeberg's favourite cake. Except in Porvoo, it is only found in bakeries in February for the International Poet's Day.

On se laisse bercer dans une atmosphère féerique et hors du temps (chanson française des années 30-40). Accueil courtois. Bonne sélection de thés pour accompagner les tartes salées et les pâtisseries. Je recommande volontiers cet établissement.
