Teemu and Markus, two chefs who also work at the renowned Demo and Grotesk restaurants, have decided to make their childhood dreams come true by opening their own patisserie. A small French-style patisserie-tea room, with minimalist and sublime cakes as beautiful as they are delicious. A special mention for the white chocolate-passion-fruit mousse-cake, a real feat of flavor balance for an assured explosion in the mouth.
