Le Pa Emer ("unnamed") is located well away south of Durrës. The village of Karpen, less than 1 km away, has a small supermarket and a café-restaurant, but this 2 ha site is really nice: 30 m from the sea, at the edge of a pretty well laid out beach. The campsite has well-maintained sanitary facilities, hot water in the showers, a few trees and shrubs providing some shade, green areas, free wifi everywhere, children's games, a restaurant and a beach bar with sun loungers and parasols.

Cher, le propriétaire n'hésite pas à surcharger le camping de ce fait pas d'eau chaude, queue aux toilettes et vaisselles. l'eau aux robinets est visqueuse. Les Albanais sont généralement très gentils mais pas lui.

Cadre très beau mais propriétaire peu avenant: parle bien le français mais s'obstine à parler anglais car seule langue internationale d'après lui. Wi-Fi seulement au restaurant. Electricité: rallonge non sécurisée. Coupure d'eau sans préavis.
