Cathédrale catholique consacrée en 1867. Abrite des fresques peintes par Kolë Idromeno en 1909. Petit musée religieux à côté.

Consacrée en 1867, cette cathédrale catholique (Katedralja e Shën Shtjefnit) est le siège de l’archidiocèse de Shkodra-Pulati. Dotée d’un clocher de 23 m de hauteur, elle vaut surtout le détour pour ses fresques peintes en 1909 par Kolë Idromeno. Sur la voûte, représentation de l’icône de Notre-Dame de Shkodra portée par deux anges en costumes traditionnels de la région avec dans le fond la citadelle de Rozafa. Un musée diocésain est ouvert tous les jours à côté de la cathédrale. Localisation : 900 m au sud-est de la place Demokracia en descendant le boulevard Skënderbeu.
