The "L'Art des Fées" restaurant offers good home cooking, almost entirely vegetarian: stuffed eggplants or peppers, vegetable moussaka, fergesë ("the" national dish, here with tomatoes, peppers and cheese), vegetables or baked potatoes... But our preference is for meatballs! The room is small (and so are the tables), but the decor is well thought-out. Bonus: this is a non-profit restaurant whose profits are used to help isolated women in the Shkodra region.
