350 art installation in front of the Galerie nationale des arts, designed by Sou Fujimoto and financed by the Luma foundation.

This "Cloud"(reja in Albanian) is an art installation placed since 2016 in front of the National Gallery of Art. It is a lightweight tubular assemblage designed by the firm of Japanese architect Sou Fujimoto (born 1971) and funded by the Swiss foundation Luma. The 350m2 structure is composed of rectangular parallelepipeds formed by white tubes of 80 and 40 cm in length. Accessible through two entrances, the interior of "Le Nuage" hosts various events throughout the year, including film screenings in the summer starting at 8pm.
