PIONEER INN

This charming little hotel is centrally located just a short walk from the Pratt Museum. Rich and Amy have given their establishment a discreet charm where the rooms welcome you comfortably, while being quite affordable for Alaska. The view of Kachemak Bay is superb, which does not spoil anything. But be careful, there is no restaurant or breakfast here, except for the usual coffee maker and microwave! On the other hand, the suites have a kitchen which protects you from the sometimes too salty notes of the restaurants.
