Orso means bear in Italian because this restaurant relies on fresh Alaskan products and Mediterranean recipes. We hesitate between antipasti, pasta or local fish and meat in the Italian way. The panzanella salad with its lemon chicken, mozzarella and balsamic vinegar sauce is a real treat unless you prefer crabs cakes. Located in the heart of downtown, the place is very popular. It is therefore advisable to make a reservation, especially in the evening, so as not to find yourself nibbling on a sandwich in your corner.
